  Dans discount pawn shop had a nice staff and offered what I asked for and was willing to work with me. I would definitely recommend everyone to go to this pawn shop located in fort Walton beach, to pawn items and sale items and even purchase items !

  I bought a brand new in the box iPad mini from this store. I bought the one with cellular and was so excited to go get it set up, I went to Verizon - and they told me that the iPad is still connected to the account of the previous owner! So I was sold an iPad that I couldnt hook cellular to! This pawn shop does not require that they call to see if cell phones and ipads are connected to accounts - This is a complete scam, so when you get home and connect it all of a sudden it wont work because its still connected to someones account!!! This is terrible customer service, this business should be required to check these iPads and iPhones... I am so disappointed and will no longer be returning to this store for ANYTHING.

  Dans pawn shop is by far the best pawn shop I have ever been to. I get great service everytime I go and am treated with the up most respect every time I go. Dans will be the only place that gets my business

  Nice clean place, with a wide variety of products. Friendly customer service that gave me an awesome deal!!!! I was even able to put a nice tv in layaway for only 10% of the price

  I went to this store twice each time I left without being asked if I needed help and basically ignored . All I wanted to do was look at their laptops which i never got to do because its behind the counter on the wall . Stood around for over 25mins . Horrible customer service will definitely not return .

  Found 2 really nice classic guns, layaway was easy, and they made a good deal. I will do more business at Dan's in the near future.

  I had a great experience at Dans Discount in FWB. The staff there are very friendly and very professional, if you haven't made it there yet you really should go in and check it out, prices are very reasonably priced. They go the extra the extra step for you ! Thumbs up!!
