      Glad i came back to liberty taxes. Drove 2 hrs and 15 because. You treat people with respect and knew what your doing the tax prepare answer all my questions and took his time understanding me and understanding what needed done

      We have been coming here for around 5 years and they have always taken care of us. Everyone is/has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering any questions we have had. The manager here is great and the place is always clean. I can't say enough good about Liberty Tax services.

      This is the worst tax preparer office every. It’s been nearly 3 weeks and still waiting on my packet to be made. They have every excuse in the world on why it’s not done. I go in to this office at least 2 times a week to see if it’s done. I will never be doing business with this place again. Maybe they should hire more younger people to work for them and not all them senior citizens then maybe taxes can be prepared and packets can be made and issued out in a timely manner. Hey liberty Tax on Brandt Pike YA’LL SUCK!!!!!!!!

      Would never recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional place as well. Worst tax expierence of my life. Took them 2 hours to input 2 W2’s. Then they charged me $400!!! Are you kidding me??? For what?!?
