  There is always some kind of road block to revieve my direct deposit. I am planning to cancel mine and my daughter's account. Banking should NEVER be this stressful for your hard worked money.

  This is by far the worst bank and branch I ever used. Try your best to avoid banking with them. My first experience with this bank was awful. I went to deposit money into my account at the ATM and my account was not credited. It took over two weeks for me to get my money back and this branch manager Jennifer was so rude and disrespectful. She didn’t do anything to help. Even after that, I tried to give them a chance and do business here but they were all rude. The manager Jennifer is not even knowledgeable about the different programs the bank offers and she is never willing to help. My last straw with this company is when she told me she wasn't going to help me because she helped me in the past. Your job as a manager is to help resolve problems. I truly despise this bank and will never use them for business or personal.

  The branch manager at this location is rude. I've now had 3 negative experiences with her. On top of her being rude, she lacks an understanding of what a notary is and tried to get me to give up personal private information that she had no right to access in order to notarize something. She's rude and doesn't understand her own job description.
