  To be honest, at first I wasn't too happy. But after speaking with them again I am completely satisfied! There are still a few things to work out but as a first time car buyer, from an actual lot, I do not think it could have gone any better. There is already talk of going back to get my fiance "his own" truck as well. Christian and Shane are awesome! Thank you guys so much!

  My wife and I worked with Christian Shepard on our journey to find a new car. I've been a Toyota guy my entire life but thanks to Christian, I was able to find the value that everybody always talks about with Jeeps. In the end, Christian made both me and my wife (the latter being the hard sell) comfortable during the entire process and we never felt pressured to buy anything whatsoever. Christian spent hours ahead of time answering questions I had before he even brought up anything related to the purchase process which I greatly appreciated. We are extremely pleased with our choice to buy from Christian and Lewis CDJR and we have already recommended them to a few friends who are in the market.

  I have bought 5 vehicles from Lewis. They always treat me like family and do not pressure me at all. They are very knowledgeable and give me great customer service, even after the sale is complete.

  Salesman and manager were great. Love my new truck. Only downside was a very pushy financial guy who pressured me into buying an extended warranty I didn't really want. He wouldnt take no for an answer, and i finally just gave up and signed it because i was tired and didnt want to be rude. This is my own fault. I should have just walked out. When I called him the following business day and asked to rescind the extended warranty he was very angry and argumentative, and this pretty much just ruined the whole deal for me. Im not hard to please. I know i cant be the first person who has ever changed their mind about spending $1800 on an extended warranty, but he acted like i had committed a federal offense. So, overall i love the truck and i feel i got a good deal. Loved the salesman and manager. But my dealings with the financial guy were very troublesome. Hopefully my future dealings with them will go well as I had planned to take my truck there for oil changes and servicing. Time will tell.

  Service was timely but not inexpensive. Service staff were courteous. Wal-Mart vacuums floorboards for a $30 oil change. Be kind of nice if floorboards were vacuumed when you drop a couple of grand.

  Great experience here, much better than any other dealership I've ever been to. One salesman in particular, Caleb Hassell, was the most helpful and polite salesman I ever talked to. He was really helpful in finding a car that fit my budget

  Shelby, Tamny, and the Technician were phenomenal. They service my vehicle and corrected the issues it was having and they all did it in a timely manner. They all 3 had great communication skills as well.

  I dropped my Jeep off at 8:30 a.m. for a 10a appointment and was told the Jeep would be ready late afternoon. I did not receive a call mid day on an ETA so I called and left a message at 2p. No return call, so I showed up at 4:45 in person to see if my Jeep was ready. The good news is that it was ready but there were 4 other things that needed to be completed on my Jeep (optional) that were not offered to me until I showed up to pick up my Jeep. I had to have the Jeep for the weekend (I was leaving the next day) so I could not leave the Jeep for another day for the work to be completed. I did have a "loaner" but did not want to take the "loaner" out of town. So I now have to bring the Jeep back in or wait another 6 months for my next service... The service was fine, but better communication and proactiveness would get you a five star.

  Took my truck to get a simple diagnostics and did not hear anything for 3 days after calling and waiting to get called back I get a call saying they wrecked my truck. They had ready sent it to the collision center saying they would take care of everything but the collision center didn't even do a good job I still have scratches across my bumper the rebooked up my lights wrong and the paint job is a total joke. What it looks like they did was just buff out the paint and clear coat it. I still have spots of rust on the rear fender even though they say they were going to repaint the whole rear fender. All this over a simple diagnostics and nobody took care of my truck they just simply put a band aid on it and passed the buck so to speak. They've lost my business and all my family and friends.
