Brent Lawrence1August 2020 through February 2021! I have tried for six months to get a loan through two representatives one Burt Nichols and the last representative Scott Hancock. Both promised they would at least tell me an answer yes or no but nothing at all. I was referred to them by Outlaw Recovery. Neither representative took the time to get back with me after I submitted all the documentation that I needed to for the loan. This is the fifth bank that has done this to me but now I have finally found a bank That wants to make some money off of me. Thought I would leave a note saying thanks again for wasting my time and Doing your job!!!

Joshua Spencer3The staff here is friendly enough, but the banks transactional policies are very predatory. Do not use your Centennial account for any kind of recurring billing online, they tried to charge me $270 in fees over an $8 transaction and there was "nothing they could do." Definitely consider Arvest or another local alternative that won't try to give you the "poor tax."

Matt Johnston1My company used to hold an account here and left for reasons of bad customer service and lack of follow through from account representatives. That account was only open for two (2) months due their inept representative whovsat the account up and failed to process all of the required signatures per the board on the day tge account was originated. However, on this day I was only trying to cash checks their client issued to us; this wasting 22 minutes of my life waiting on the incompetent manager and her slow computer to verify signatures; which was still left uncompleted as I left the doors of the building. Not a single compassionate, "I am sorry" or a, "please bear with us a little longer while we get this problem corrected," from any associate; but just shoulder shrugs as saying "oh well." I guess since I was wearing camoflaugue and was dirty from working as a contractor I am looked upon as lower than than normal customers. I took the checks back, went across the street to Bank of OZK, utilized our account and was out the door in under 4 minutes. Never again will I step foot inside any of their owned buildings nor will I do business with this bank in fashion. Do business with another bank is my experience. I would give them a 0 star if it was available.
