  Terrible bank with terrible service. Their fees are ridiculous and Their employees are idiots. So glad I switched to Arvest where you are treated like a human and actually get called by your name. EVERYBODY FIND ANOTHER BANK!! ANYWHERE BUT BOA.

  I’ve had to come up to Fayetteville a number of times due to corporate or having any presence in the River Valley. This branch has always been helpful and courteous. As for the lady complaining about her Money Network card, that’s not run by BofA, it’s only issued through them. The bank can’t open the machines.

  THIEVES!!! Too bad you can't rate lower than one star. I get my paycheck on a Bank of America money network card. I use Bank of America ATMs to remove the cash so I can pay bills. Today while attempting to do that the ATM outside of Bank of America that has Bank of America written all over it malfunctioned. It said I had withdrawn $600 but it did not dispense the cash. No problem. There is a security camera there. They can count the machine and look at the security footage and see that they owe me $600 right? WRONG! They do not have access to the ATM. I have to call the dispute center. I call the dispute center. I can not begin a claim because I do not have an account with them. WHAT?!?! I call payroll department at my job. They are not Bank of America customers either. They give my no ey to a third party who puts it on the Bank of America card. Okay...so I call them. Sure they are happy to help. They start the dispute which can take up to 90 days! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! Meanwhile I am watching person after person take money out of this ATM, the first of which probably got an extra $600. I better get the cash back or somebody's getting sued! Look for my reviews on Yelp and Facebook and anywhere else I can find to leave it!

  This is the most unprofessional bank they should close it look for another location before you do business here very rude people specially the b... lady by the entry very arrogant and rude I don't tythink she knows what she is doing she needs to know how to use the computer. General manager open your eyes and watch your employees fire them all and get professionals check your reviews when you're closing your doors like the one on MLk you will relize and you will see your mistakes. I wasn't the only upset customer all the people there was really unhappy I walked out and you guys never cash my check after waiting for you 2 hrs. And I know for fact the person who wrote the check has enough founds. This is the first time I write a review in my life you guys deserve it you suck. That's why all the people prefer other banks like Arvest.

  I've been trying to make a deposit for 3 days. They've been closed with no explanation for 3 days. I hope they open soon so I can cancel my account.

  Constantly telling me to use my app to schedule appointments, which I can’t get an appointment for three days or use the outdoor atm to deposit money. Horrible customer service unless you speak Spanish and have a million dollars in your bank account (btw I speak Spanish but I’m white so who cares) And yes I have already called customer service a million times

  They shut my debit card off because of fraudulent activity. Then nobody answers the phone so I am stuck with no money and no access because the only services available are the ATMs. Completely ridiculous.

  terrible bank. Went inside and waited almost half an hour to be told that they were unable to cash an in house check and that if they were able to there would be an $8 fee. When did banks start charging to cash their own checks?

  This bank charges a $6 fee the cash a check from this bank if you do not have an account there. Also, when cashing a check for my business they told me they would cash it "if everything checks out" as though I am a criminal. Do not recommend, nor appreciate the condescending language and lack of customer service.
