  Not sure what the negative reviews are all about, these guys are very helpful and pleasant. The door wasn't even closed before they greeted me. They took me to what I wanted to see and when they didn't have what I wanted they called 2 of their other stores for me. I didn't even ask. These guys are great and I will be going back.

  Great place! I was helped right away. My son was wanting more Xbox Games. We found several to buy. They were even great enough to let me know about the games (Gamer Education) Then we even settled on a price together. It was your great typical Pawn Store purchase experience. The two gentleman were really sweet. 😊

  If you bought rings or jewelry from here within the past 6 months to a year it may have been stolen and sold to levs. Great place except some issues with buying stolen items.......smaller rings and most likely all gold. Necklace may be a golden cross with a nice golden smaller chain...

  This is the only pawn shop I go to, even though I live way up north now. Since I started going there Carl and Zack have been in there every day and are awesome. They work with you & make you feel good going in. This is the only pawn shop I will ever go to.

  I have been going to the shop once a week since they opened a year ago. They are just starting but always have a good deal on something. They are very good at helping and knowing the items they sell and buy. This is a nice shop. Welcome to Waynedale.

  Edit after response: Wow, kinda proving my point, aren't we? Must've hit a nerve. No selection, ignorant bull-headed staff equipped with a "know it all" complex, and very rude. Won't be back to any Levs location. Buy from Indiana loan or cash America.

  Hello, we just noticed your review. We do not recall you as a customer or client, but we do see hundreds of people a week. For the chief complaint of no selection: In our business, we go through cycles of being flush and not so flush with merchandise. This review was written just after tax season, and we are in a state of inventory rebuild during the summer’s months. The inventory we have for sale is directly correlated with what loans are forfeited after a minimum of 90 days. My questions are as follows: What was the situation that prompted a review?   They have pretty much nothing available. Not sure why they’re open.

  Our industry has been hit hard by the Covid-19 pandemic. All pawn shops have similar issues with inventory retention. People have extra money from unemployment stimulus from the CARES Act. Which caused higher redemption of loans. This caused us not to have any merchandise for sale making our floors more bare. We are starting to see loans again, but it takes 90 days at minimum to see forfeited loans to hit the floor.

  Was just in there with wife and was not asked if needed help with looking at guns for my wife the 2 other guys walked in and thay where helped before door closed
