  Excellent!! Leo has been the Sam to my Frodo on my quest to destroy the one ring (in this case navigating through all paperwork and uncertainties). It's been a saga (I think the email chain creeped close to 100+ messages) - and Leo has been an enthusiastic, supportive, and dedicated person throughout the entire journey. We should seriously consider cloning Leo if possible so we could all have excellent loan officers. Thanks again Leo! :)
