  They are ok but it’s a brown skinned lady with large eyes that likes to disrespect customers and they don’t even know what they are doing. Yea people are coming in getting payday loans but you don’t know people’s situations and you need to be quiet. But they always talk greasy when they are behind glass....JUST SAYING!!!

  During life we have all experienced financial hardships that needed immediate resolve. This facility has provided that financial assistance to me and my family for over 10 years. Under the management of Shawn, the professional and courteous customer service provided by the employees (Sonya, Tasha, Monique and Sarai) has always been exceptional. Their knowledgeable experience and skillful demeanor relieves the stress that often accompanies the loan process. This staff of professionals is truly an asset to Lend Nation and a beacon to the consumers utilizing the facility at 1916 E. 95th Street in Chicago, IL. Respectfully Submitted, Michelle Cash

  the black lady with the curly hair customer service sucks going to tell me that I cannot get another replacement card like I don't pay $10 for a replacement Insight Card that is part of the service this place offer they provide Insight cards they are 3rd Party Source I don't understand what make her think that I'm stupid and don't know this she cannot tell me that I cannot replace my card there when you are able to replace your card at any insight location the real problem was that she didn't know how to do her job and she forgot her password to get into the computer and she didn't want to do her job she most more worried about remapping her floor because it was 6:30 then she was helping me a lady like this do not need to be working in customer service with a stank attitude rolling her eyes and everything really piss me off this lady needs to be we trained
