  The worse bank in creativity! I closed out my account a month ago in person and withdrew all my money from each account but yet here I am a month later still receiving emails saying I have a negative balance in my account when I LITERALLY signed papers stating that the accounts was closed. Then we I called customer service to resolve the issue they telling they can’t help excuse me isn’t that your job???

  Waiting in drive through for 45 minutes while lobby was closed. The teller Lucy never has a clue what she is doing and has no regards for customers time and has terrible customer service

  Customer service needs extreme help... the drive thru is suppose to be convenient but isn’t... and by far the the slowest branch I’ve ever been to...

  Not a good branch- the “gentleman” at the desk had the audacity to ask me where my funds came from. I’m sure he could see they were from my employer- shame on you PNC for profiling at this location.

  I went in to replace my lost debate card and the woman told me she couldn't issue me one, but I will be receiving one in the mail. Never came and once I called in the lady told me they should have issued me one and now I have to wait to pick one up from a different location.

  THIS BRANCH IS HORRIBLE!!!! THEY CLOSE AT ONE I TOOK OFF WORK AND GOT THERE AT 12:00pm AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD NOT SEE ME!!! THE BANKER LEAVES EARLY ON SATURDAYS AND THEY ONLY HAVE ONE!!! I BEGGED THEM TO SEE ME AND THEY ALL STOOD AROUND AND DID NOTHING SMH THIS IS WHAT WE DEAL WITH IN OUR NEIGHBORHOODS WHAT SENSE DOES THAT MAKE IF IM THERE BEFORE CLOSING I SHOULD BE SEEN!!!!! TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE
