  This has been the easiest loan process I've been through. Elci and Obed are great. Very responsive and informative and they were willing to work with me even after changing my mind about what vehicle I wanted to use for collateral. The entire process was 1-2 days long and the time in the actual office was just like 15 min total.

  For starters, the associates here are rude and unprofessional. Second, they run your credit score multiple times for the same reason, to deny you after 2-3 months of trying to get the loan. Third, they will argue with you about everything and anything. I would stay away from this place. Jessica was extremely unhelpful.

  Lendmark is awesome, they have made this experience as painless as possible. I appreciate how both Elci & Obed have been very easy to talk to, work with, and come back to. They are very informative, and I will be happy to come back to work with them further in the future.Thx again Lendmark!

  Very helpful and supportive. Even when I didn't have my stuff together they were patient, not only helped get a better loan rate on another loan, lowered my monthly payments, and still walked away with enough money to pay the bills I originally wanted the loan for. Great place and great, friendly people.
