  The branch manager speaks to clients condenscingly. They come off friendly when doing business but once you are locked in with a loan, they talk down on you even when you are not speaking that way to them. I will never do business with Lendmark Financial Services ever again.

  Recommend no one, I mean no one should apply for loan from Lendmark financial services. You're dead when you get their loans.

  They prey on people with poor credit. BEWARE: they added extra insurance policies onto my loan without explaining any of it. My principal balance ended up being over a thousand more than I asked for (without the added APR) This should be illegal. Terrible professionalism and customer service. They don’t care about the customer, at all. Unethical and poor service. Go elsewhere! Also, every response from the company on the negative posts here that says contact your local branch for assistance. They won’t do anything to help you. It’s a lie that they strive for “100% customer satisfaction”

  So i have full understanding of how simple interest loans work. If you dont and you are dodging calls and paying late, yea you might be confused. i had a hard month and got an offer in the mail. i accepted and and got 2/3 k i was offered. i been payin on the two yr plan and its no fee to pay early, however with the pandemic i fell behind a month. i think his name is gary reached out to collect and asked me a couple questions and then actually gave me options to catch up my loan. didnt affect my credit negatively so far. i took off a star because they are quick to collect if you miss a payment, but again, they loaned me money i agreed to pay so 🤷🏽‍♀️

  Unless you want your personal information given out to the people you put down as a reference, I suggest staying far away from these people! They didnt contact either of the people on the loan, but contacted my references and told all of them my financial status which is ILLEGAL!!! Not only that, if you're 2 weeks late on a payment (after telling them you filed bankruptcy and your lawyer instructed you to stop all payments), you might have one of their employees randomly showing up at your house. HUGE mistake coming here. Borrowed $2500 for my wedding and ended up owing more than double that amount. What a joke.

  If so could rate them lower I would. Beware....A rip off service. I went to pay off my loan with them from a time in need and they added extra fees to my pay off claiming added interest and pay off fees. DO NOT USE THEM.
