  When we decided to buy our first home 5 years ago, Chris Hoffman was our realtor. 5 years later we decided to sell the house to move out of PA, again Chris helped us, he clarified all our doubts, as always. He was in touch with us all the time. In the sale after paying the old mortgage debt we had a remaining profit of 40% of the sale, to buy cash a new house. Thank You Chris.

  Chris was super pleasant to work with. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced and also very calm, and patient. He answered all of my many questions and made a stressful process (buying a house in the 2021 market) much less stressful. The fact that he was able to get me a house in this market, especially on my very low, first-time buyer budget, speaks for itself. He also had a network of contacts he connected me with to get financing and insurance and also knew a lot of people in the real estate industry, which added to his value even moreso. I have already recommend him to a few friends and will continue to pass his name on to anyone I know that is looking to buy. Highly recommend!
