      The woman everyone is referring to is most likely Michelle Khouri! She is rude and condescending. My sister is brand new to adulting and has never taken a loan before. When she simply asked questions Michelle did nothing more than be completely argumentative and degrading towards her. I've sat with Michelle for a loan myself and by the end of it and her attitude, I closed my account and went to first northern. Another family member is trying to work with this excuse of a banker now and it is just a nightmare. You guys seriously need to reevaluate the way she conducts business because your bank has missed out on loans and interest. LIZ ROTH IS THE ONLY BANKER THERE WITH ANY KIND OF HEART OR UNDERSTANDING THAT NOT EVERYONE KNOWS HOW BANKING WORKS. That's why we come to the professionals

      I tried to call the branch manager directly to complain, but no answers and over an hour on hold so. This single star is for your bankers attitude. I can't remember her name, but I wish I did. She needs retrained. 0 people skills.

      I mean, they do a good job, but like any business some employees have their days attitude wise. Overall, they are easy to work with and are usually very kind (Atleast with my experiences)

      I really wanted to give this branch 0 stores which is sad because the company has great services. I went into this branch to open an account and there was a line with tellers doing their best to work fast except Two other ladies were just sitting in an office chatting and laughing while clients awaited in the waiting area. So I sat and waited In the waiting area along with other customers without being acknowledged. Eventually I was called and the lady who’s office I sat in was rude the whole 5 min that I sat there trying to ask questions about the account. Every question was answered with a deep breath and an eye roll. I had never been treated that way in a bank. I was so angered that I asked for my Id back and just left the branch. Few days later I came across a bank member from another branch (whom was very nice) at my job and she insisted I called and complained because she was aware of the unprofessionalism at that branch.

      Half the tellers are rude, and the line to drivethrew is so long. How is anyone supposed to deposit a check if the app doesn't work and the line of cars is almost out of the parking lot for one window. I have bills to pay but can't get money in my account.

      Alexia we're sorry for the long line. With the current situation we can only serve members through drive-thru which sometimes does result in long lines. We aren't having any issues with the app. Please call us so we can look into your issue.

      Overall it's a good bank for what it offers. But the drive through lane at this specific one is horrible and incredibly slow. Edit from 2 months after original post: Still haven’t bothered to “look into” that drive through problem I see. Line is always 5-7 cars deep and never is the 2nd lane open. Literally horrible fix it morons

      This branch and all others I have been to very friendly ,kind, efficient staff. They have good watchful eye for security of your accounts. Any fraudulent stuff they shut it down. No worries.

      Went to close my father account after he passed away. The gentleman who closed the account mentioned not once but twice how they are going to eat the loan because my father had no estate. I just feel this was very insensitive and unprofessional.
