  Today I called the bank a few minutes before close because I needed to write a business check and I had not ordered any from the new account I recently set up. Dalia Said the new Branch Manager answered the phone when I called and was extremely professional and courteous, and kind She went above and beyond to provide me with excellent standout customer service, even allowing me to come in last minute right before close to have my checks printed so I could pay an outstanding invoice. Her staff was warm, friendly and welcoming even though it was so close to closing time for them. They kept their drawer open for me so I could order and pay for the temporary checks I needed. I can't thank them enough, I am so impressed and I absolutely am glad that I chose KeyBank for both my personal and business banking needs.

  Excellent service. Everyone one there was so friendly and professional. Dalia Said the branch manager helped me with everything I needed and more. As a new business owner, it's really hard to find a bank that will support you right from the start and KeyBank is that bank. A bank that helps small businesses thrive.

  I stopped at key bank to cash a check and was very impressed with the staff. The employees were very friendly and informative. While cashing my check the employee taught me a lot about key bank. I was in a rush but I need to make a appointment to open a account here. Sometimes I am frustrated with bank employees but the environment here is very welcoming!

  Huda is an extremely helpful employee. I went to KeyBank hardly knowing what I was doing and she point everything in perspective. Upgraded my accounts. Started a savings and started an assisted loan to help my credit. Incredible staff at this location!

  DALIA at the Whitehall branch went above and beyond to help 2 old people with getting work done through the computer which at our age is just beyond our comprehension and ability. She did it all with a smile and a most helpful and pleasant attitude. She is just the best.
