  Working with Mike McCoy and his mortgage origination team at Legacy Mutual Mortgage was a great experience for a first time home buyer. They were able to close our loan within 21 days, and every interaction we had with Mike and his team was great. We found their rates & closing costs comparable with other major online mortgage companies but the comfort of being able to reach a real person immediately either in person or on the phone to be priceless. Mike attended our closing with us and was very helpful in making sure we understood everything and also helped to solve a few issue that may have otherwise been hang ups.   I cannot stress enough, working with Jenni Jones and Maggie, was the best experience we could have ever asked for. They were so patient with us for almost a year of pre-approvals and bids before we finally closed on our dream home. They were always positive and available, even in after hours and weekends. They got us a great rate with a very low PMI. Their estimates were on point on what to expect. If anyone is looking for great service and none of bs, give them a call. It's been a year now and I have been meaning to put a review, but when i come home sometimes I think "Damn, Jenni and Maggie were awesome!".

  If you're looking for a lender to give you a pre-qualification letter and then later rescind it with a 709 credit score than this is your company. Troy Turner has wasted 3 months of mine and my families time. Do yourself a favor and find somebody you can rely on when it comes to a solid pre-qualification and take you into closing.
