  I had the best service and best knowledge and fast with SANDRA V. I highly recommend contacting her for any financial needs. She took the time to explain my credit and how I can fix it. Patience and knowledge is hard to find , but with Sandra you learn. The Credit Union is lucky to have a worker like her.

  Ok I have banked a long time and This bank has gotten TERRIBLE. Finally got me fed up enough to roast them. This bank is Definitely a bottom of the barrel bank. If it wasn’t so inconvenient to change banks I would have long ago. They take a week or longer to respond for loan status. By the time they respond you don’t need the loan anymore or have went somewhere else. “Updated” app show open til 6 on Friday . . They’re not. After hours banking assistance or if your on vacation and want to increase your spending limit ?? GOOD Luck! “Manager has to sign off , let me try to get a hold of her” they won’t be able to. and 7-10 days to send you a new debit card , which I never received. Want a motorcycle or boat, “it’s recreation so we can only give you 80 percent of what it’s worth. Oh it’s in another state sorry we only give loans for Texas cars truck and motorcycles. 🤦‍♂️GOOD LUCK guys !!!

  This has been the Best Credit Union I ever experience for the past 20 years of banking. I understand they all have different policies and procedures but they always try to help the member and do the best for us. Thank you to all the employess that have the patience with us members that complain and dont like what is been told to us. I love the new system. Keep up the great work.

  We needed another vehicle and decided to go through the Credit Union. Our loan officer, Samantha Penny, was beyond awesome!!! She was very knowledgeable and helped us throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend her!!

  Samantha Penny at FWCUU is the best! She is always a pleasure to work with. Time & time again she always makes our banking experiences so effortless and easy! My husband & I both work long hours & never off together. Samantha works up all our requests from online to e-signing docs thru e-mail so we don’t even have to come in. Excellent service & treated like a priority every time!

  Man, I am so thankful for this place. They were able to offer me the lowest interest rate for my car loan, and it honestly wasn’t even close. The entire staff was so helpful throughout the entire process, and Samantha Penny really does go the extra mile for you. If you are looking for a loan, the conversation starts and ends with FWCCU.
