  Davis is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He made us feel cared for and like we were the most important part of the equation. We chose to trust him and he genuinely did what ever he could to get us the best option for your mortgage even if it looked like going with another company (it didn’t). He has also been available for questions and concerns we’ve had as first time home buyers. 10/10 would recommend using him and plan to for any futur needs.

  We recently sold and purchased a new investment property through Colonial Savings. Mr. Farnell became involved in the middle of the process and ran with it. He stayed on top of the process through the end. He stayed in communication with our realtor and with us. He even worked on the last minute changes needed to ensure we were able to close on time.
