  Been with them for 30+ years. Have also opened accounts with other banks only to quickly close that account and run back to Legacy! No one else is as good as Legacy!

  Went into the branch today and all of the staff I encountered were friendly, polite and quick to take care of my needs. I thoroughly enjoyed my business transaction and would recommend them to my friends, family or anyone hunting a bank or credit union.

  The tellers in the drive thru are AMAZING! I also love the branch manager. She is all about swift resolution. She’s also good about explaining the next steps. Highly recommended.

  Legacy took it upon itself to block my Visa card during a purchase For some reason a grocery purchase at Walmart was suspicious. I was buying food This was very embarrassing. After calling and getting card unblocked I went back and AGAIN it was blocked. After calling AGAIN I tried my card elsewhere. Still blocked Legacy embarrassed 4 times over nothing. I’m changing banks Monday.

  What has been the issue with Legacy since I've not been able to access my online account since last Friday? Why is the hold time over an hour? What is the bank doing to notify there customers about this issue?

  Been with them since 2014 and never had any problems! Recently though I had my account skimmed. When I confronted them about it though they resolved the problem quickly and professionally. I wouldn't bank anywhere else!
