  Do not use this branch, I was talking to a person named Julie at the branch and she gave me attitude from the start of the call and she even went on to hang up on me in the middle of the call. Stay away from this branch.

  Great to do business with this company, locally they are represented by professional, good folks. They Express a strong commitment to our community and to helping people better themselves. They live in this community, their children go to our schools, they attend our churches, and eat in our restaurants. Solid people and very responsive. It is a pleasure to do business with them. And I am grateful, they really have helped me.

  I have used in the past and had a great experience. This time was awful. They need to train there staff. The manager is worthless. The staff promises an answer in 30 minutes it took 5 days. It was excuse after excuse. Im constantly getting emailed that Im such a valuable customer that they want to help me again. Well they don't. I miss the old staff that actually took care of there customers. Never using them again. If you see there adds run as fast as you can.

  DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH!! Normally the customer service has been helpful but with changes and a new transfer named Brian, I would definitely not recommend using this branch. He is very arrogant, unhelpful and unknowledgeable. Also when asking simple questions he would not give a straight answer and attempted to just pass along to avoid doing any work. To finish this off he hung up the phone, extremely unprofessional and should avoid at all costs.

  Getting a loan at OneMain was the biggest mistake I have ever made financially. I got a 34.99% interest rate. I have made my payments every month without fail, yet they refuse to work with me. I have work ed on my credit and got my score up to 700. I have asked if I could refinance and get a lower rate, but they refuse to do anything for me. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  Ridiculous hounding of customers. I am not even a month behind on my loan payment and they have called my work place relentlessly. They will receive their payment before the next payment is even posted; yet and still, they have been extremely unprofessional and have spoken to my coworkers about my financial situation. They have gone as far as to threaten to garnish my wages when the payment isn't even a month behind. I am already paying them 18,000 on a 7,500 dollar loan. What a scam! NEVER again!

  Everyone there is extremely friendly and willing to sit down and help you in anyway they can. I highly recommend giving them a try if you need a loan. This was our third loan with them, no complaints!
