  I have been looking for a RAV4 for some time now. I had been speaking with Jim, TJ, and Jack about one I had spotted on the website.   This is the first dealer we went to in our search for a second car in March. Steven was extremely helpful and friendly. He listened to what we were looking for, and in no time showed us the perfect car. The application process was quick and painless. Within a couple of hours we were approved and driving away in our car.   Lee Credit Now on Hogan Rd. in Bangor has to be the best car dealership in the state with the best employees. They go above and beyond the call of duty. Michelle Castonguay is the best sales representative we have ever seen. She works hard searching for the perfect vehicle and just as hard to make sure you get it. She always returns calls promptly and makes you feel like your her only client. She welcomes you with a smile on her face and a congratulations and handshake when you are ready to leave with your new car, truck or SUV. Everyone from the ladies typing out the paper work to Dale Pinche who works hard to help make the deal go more easily are a joy to deal with. We have purchased 5 vehicles over the past years and have never had one bad experience. We highly recommend anyone who is in the market for an excellent vehice at an affordable price along with some wonderful people to go to Lee Credit Now on Hogan Rd.

  Since we bought our 2004 Ford F-150 from Barry Noyse a few years back, we always bring our vehicles to the Newport location for service and inspections. While waiting for our 2000 Ford Focus to be inspected, we took a quick walk around the lot and noticed a great looking silver 2012 Ford Focus, Barry Noyse, noticed our interest and told us to take the car for a test drive but I said no, I wasn't really looking for a new car at the time but thanks just the same. Well, I was wrong. I thought about that car on the lot for the next week until finally my husband told me to call Barry and ask him if he still had the car so I could take it for a test drive. Barry was great, the car was off the lot but he called and got it back and arranged for us to take it for a test drive the next day, which was also his day off. I told him that if we liked it, we'd come in on Friday to do the paperwork so he wouldn't have to come in on his day off. The test drive was great, I loved the car and when we went back to the dealer after the test drive - there was Barry waiting for us! He came in on his day off because he didn't want us to have to wait until the next day to have our questions answered or do the paperwork if we wanted the car. This is not the first time that Barry has gone above and beyond for us and we truly appreciate him. I would recommend the Newport office and Barry Noyse in particular to anyone looking to purchase a good, reliable used car. This dealership and all its employees are an asset in the Newport area and they have the best service and customer service! I just love the new car, its got all the amenities I've never had in a Focus - power windows, rain detecting windshield wipers, leather seats and many more. Thank you so much Barry!

  Travis Therrien and Hannah(From the call center) I had a great experience. I applied online and Hannah from the call center emailed me to ask when a good time to call would be. She called right away and explained everything to me. She hooked me up with Travis Therrien and I went right over to meet with him. We talked about what I was looking for and the price range I was comfortable with. He showed me some options, he was never pushy at all. He explained everything to me as we went along and I ended up buying a Ford. He was very personable, we chatted about grilling and our families. I went up there thinking it was going to be a horrible experience....I was wrong. :-)

  Hey why not write an honest review that stands out right? Chris Carr has many awards for a reason! He made our experience both fun AND professional, treating us like human beings instead of walking dollar signs. I really enjoyed working with him and Dan Cullen and will definitely be going back for my next vehicle! So here is a little more "creative" review. We desperately needed a car, Our van would go near but not far, But try as we might, Twas a heck of a plight, Cause our credit was way below "par." We traveled from car place to place, Exhausted we lessened our pace, When then, finally, We pulled into to LEE, Where as other lots laughed in our face! It was there we met Chris at the door, Who showed us some cars, trucks, and more. When we sat at his desk, With our credit a mess, His jaw didn't ONCE hit the floor! I was shocked, could this really be true? Are they going to want ONE lung...or TWO?! But Chris Carr, and Dan, Had worked up a plan, Till he looked up and said," Here's great news!" We went looking for something for cheap, Because prices these days can be steep! But Chris treated us well, And I'm happy to tell, That we drove off in our brand new Jeep!   Wendy was Right on the money welcomed my wife and I will open arms, very friendly excellent communications.
