  I've been a member for almost 20 years when my parents had me open an account as a little kid. I hadn't dealt with the Venture Way branch much, but went in for my first car loan. Will in lending walked me through the whole process and took the weight off my shoulders. He helped make my first car purchase a breeze. Thanks!

  Our bank of choice! The lending department is super accommodating and easy to work with making for a professional and streamlined service. We are also always greeted with a friendly hello at Venture Way. Great customer experience!

  I recently had issue with hacking via PayPal. BFCU has always been there for me over rthw past 15 years and I absolutely reccomend banking with them. They fixed my issues in multiple ways were super understanding and very accommodating. Amy was super helpful at the odlin rd location or venture way..it was definitely a wonderful experience and again I reccomend that everyone do their banking thru BFCU Thank you so much for being an institution that I can trust and rely on.

  Amy was extremely helpful with submitting and correcting my automatic payment transfer form for our Home Equity Loan. She was very knowledgable & cheery when answering all my questions! I look forward to dealing with Amy at the Venture Way location again!!!

  I had to go in to do a shared branching transaction, the teller who was working, was calm and kind when it came to helping me transfer funds, I felt like I was in the presence of a true professional!
