  We had a great experience with the Leaman Team for buying our first home. We actually closed a couple days earlier than initially planned and my realtor said that NEVER happens! The team always answered my questions extremely quickly. A year later we used Leaman Team to refinance, and again, very professional and efficient. I've recommended them to a few friends who bought homes and they all had the same experience with LP--closed on time, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

  Max and his team are true professionals. They answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable at all times. We got a great rate on our refinance this go around but used The Leaman Team for our initial mortgage in 2017 and had a great experience with them back then as well. I can't recommend them enough!   We searched for a good lender and got quotes from many. Not only did Max deliver on his promises but his timeline as well. They've obviously done this a few times and it shows. They ask for everything up front so that when the closing comes you don't have to go locate some obscure document that is required that delays closing. Plus, he beat everyone's rates. Save yourself the trouble and use Max.
