  I was so very pleased with my experience today at Launch Credit Union. It was so nice to have a person (Kayla) to welcome you and ask to assist you. She was very professional and pleasant throughout the process of opening the accounts. Also helpful in answering all of my questions. I am certainly recommending Launch to my family and friends.

  Sarah was very polite professional and knowledgeable. New member had to stop by for my debit card and she explained options for my wife and I with our auto loan lines of credit and home re fi. Best banking experience in years

  I enjoy opening up my new account at launch the people inside were very courteous friendly and very professional they asked me what I needed when I came in there I explained to him the accounts I wanted to open up and they took good care of everything quickly and professionally and I enjoyed the experience at the branch I will be willing to recommend lost credit union to other people because I believe it's a great place to do business

  Shemeka was very helpful and directed me to Jaime who gave me great customer service. She walked me through setting up my online banking. West Melbourne is a great place to bank.

  I had an excellent experience at Launch. I was attended to by Sarah. She was friendly, helpful and very well informed. I started a savings and Holiday account with them and I am happy I did.

  When choosing a bank go with a different company, maybe chase or pnc. Unless you like paying overdraft fee after overdraft fee when you infact have NOT overdrafted then bank elsewhere. If I wouldn't of checked my transactions 3 times they charged me for over drafting when i had the funds in my account. Its getting ridiculous. If i had infact overdraft my account i wouldnt mind paying for it but i feel like its very much like.a scam for the bank to make more money. Ive banked with them for years and its only getting worse.
