  No Saturday service, branches have no way to contact them. Every Credit Union and most banks have Saturday operations. Never enough employees to support clients. The claim members are the owners just isn't factual. Bell FCU, SCCU and so many others out weight Launch. 25 years plus time to move can't do business with this Credit Union.

  Richard, Launch has temporarily added drive-thru hours on Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm at our Merritt Island, Titusville, Port St. John, Rockledge, and South Daytona branches.   The customer service is always pleasant. Even when I go thru the drive thru, they give me treats for my dogs. They leave you with a ‘family’ feeling.

  I had a checking account and saving account, where the majority of my money was in my saving account. A bill was charged to my checking account which had insufficient funds and I was charged a insufficient funds fee however instead of charging the fee to my checking account, it’s withdrawn from my saving account where the majority of my money was. Here’s my problem, if you can withdraw your bank fee from my saving account without my permission, why can’t you do the same to pay the bill? Why do you continuiously unknowingly charge me without any notification? Why was my paper statements cancelled? My bill was 118 and I’ve spent a total over 350 in fees. This experience has left a taste so bad in my mouth that I think I’ll keep my money in my mattress. *Note: The Employees are Nice, friendly and respectful. My problem is with the bank not the employees.
