  Went inside to get my debit card reissued and spoke with Julia V. Gonzalez. Off the bat she had a super warming energy as she welcomed me to the branch. After being seated in her office, she was very informative with every question I had. She is such a doll and the reason I have chosen to stay with Launch after a few issues I had recently. She made me feel so confident in knowing that I could better my future having launch as my bank. Thank you Julia!!!!

  Connie was friendly and very helpful assisting me with my account. She made sure everything was taken care of for me, and even contacted the other branch employee that helped me open the account.The staff at Launch really seems to care about what is going on and that is refreshing. Really glad I chose Launch!

  I met with Connie Chiles who was extremely helpful in assisting me and answering all of my questions. She was patient and friendly and attended to me like I was her only priority at the time. She has definitely mastered the way you should treat a customer.

  I was so impressed with doing a HELOC Home Equity Line Of Credit with Launch @ 3300 Murrell Rd, Rockledge FL, Connie Chiles made the process so easy and explained everything in a clear easy to understand manner. We were in and out of there in very little time and are very happy with the low rate and great options for payments and access using the online features. I highly recommend Launch Credit Union and Connie to anyone in the market to consolidate and have the option for cash at hand. Thank you Launch for making the process so easy..!

  Went through the drive thru to deposit some cash that I had on hand and the woman was very friendly and helpful. She said “hey Kara, how are you?” After she completed the transaction, she asked if there was anything else she could help me with today. She was also very quick and efficient. Each time I go there, I’m in and out which is awesome being a single, working mama. :)
