  We hired their services for an officiant, for a wedding in central park NY, she showed up around 25 minutes before the scheduled time, which is a good practice in my opinion, she was very kind, patient and professional. She found that there was an issue with the address in the license and explained what we had to do to resolve the issue. we did that and she kindly signed the document again at no cost to us. This is the second time we hire their services and in both situations their service was professional and outstanding. I gladly recommend their services.

  If I could give Laucer Mobile Notary 10 stars I would. I not only needed a notary last minute but one that could come to my mother. I didn't think it was going to be possible. Well D. delivered.   Easy booking via their website. I called the day of my appointment to see if I could move my appointment up, and they were able to accommodate me. Fair pricing and professional service. The notary had a properly fitted mask on throughout our appointment, which I very much appreciated. I will use Laucer Mobile Notary again.

  Spoke to this lady today about needing a notary, Saturday May 21st at 11:45am and she sent me to 2255 Grand Concourse. Mind you, shes a mobile notary and therefore supposed to come to me. I then get to the address she gave, and the place is closed. Then I called her back and she never picked up the phone. Dont bother wasting your gas with these people. Ugly business practice, its 2022 in the middle of NYC. Do better. Edit after reply from business: you texted me apologizing, because you saw this review. But before I posted this you ignored all my calls. Then in your texts you came up with 4 excuses because you realized you just made someone waste gas and time. Here they are: "the call got disconnected", "I am out of town", "I am not responsible" and "you didnt specify what kind of notary". People can form their own opinion about your business based on this. You are NOT a professional and that's a fact, the rest is irrelevant.

Laucer Mobile Notary, LLC doesn't accept walk ins, we are strictly mobile notaries so I tried to be helpful and refer you to a local notary office in your area, which was made clear on our call. Laucer Mobile Notary, LLC is a completely independent business from that address so we cannot be held accountable for other businesses' hours of operation.
