  Since I was referred like 5 years ago, I've never been disappointed. They are very helpful and patient. They answer any and all questions for any issue that may arise. They have resources and contacts and guide you,if needed. My tax expert has been a blessing. She is professional knowledgeable and thorough. She has even helped get my student loan payments in order. I truly appreciate all the help and guidance Eymee has offered.

  The tax preparer Eymer Garcia as always ,she's the best. She knows what she's doing. She's very professional and she's a sweetheart. I've been with her for alot of years and I wouldn't change going somewhere else. She's the Best. Now that guy that's in the front desk does not know what he's doing. They should bring back the lady they had at 2499 Webster Ave. She knew her stuff and very professional.

  Well it was a slow day and I was the only person there. Robert, the gentleman at the front was very helpful to me and very professional. The lady who did my taxes was a bit stoic but professional too. It was my first time coming here and maybe I'll be back here next year. I think the fee was fair.

  After over 17 years of patronizing this business, I was extremely disappointed at the lack of personable service I felt. The fees have drastically increased, however the overall climate and atmosphere of the office was absolutely below desirable. I hope this turns out to be be the only time I feel this way.

  The office is complete disrepair and is disorganized. The staff yell across the room at each other, engage in conversation in the middle of our appointment, and take phone calls in the middle of our appointment. I received no insight or guidance on my return or deductions. I could have easily done all of this by myself using turbo tax. I will do that next year.

  My experience with Michael Fernandez on Jerome Ave in Bronx, NY was great. He’s very knowledgeable and offers the best customer service. He even explains roughly how the numbers of your taxes were determined and doesn’t mind teaching you the terminology involved with all the documents. My family has been going to him for over a decade. Highly recommend!

  I've been coming to R&G Brenner for years and have always considered it a 5 star establishment until this year, they have gotten so expensive to do your taxes its ridiculous. I can truly say Michael Fernandez is a wonderful tax preparer, very professional but this company he works for really over prices their customers so much so that they're going to begin to lose business. If you dont mind shelling out a pretty penny to do your taxes , then come here or consider doing them yourself.

The fee for R&G Brenner's services is determined by the amount of work/forms required in order to complete your return. This year your tax return required 9 forms (1040 + state, Sch 1, Sch 3, Sch EIC, Sch 8812, form 8863, form 8880, IT-213 & IT-215). The form value of this return prices out at over $500. Mr. Fernandez quoted you a fee with a 40% discount ($315). In order for a small business like R&G Brenner to continue to offer quality tax pros like Mr. Fernandez and Free value added services like identity & audit protection included with your tax return, we can no longer offer as many discounts as we have in the past. Still, 40% is a very significant discount and we hope you will continue with R&G Brenner in the future. Thank you.

  I had a scheduled Zoom appointment on May 17th at 4pm. Was informed that the computer system was down and I would receive a call back by end of business day. NO ONE has followed up with me since. Very disappointing.

  The people at the tax place was very helpful and respectful about the help I needed. They made sure that all my paperwork was correct and read the agreement to me to make sure I understand what’s going on. It was for a reasonable price and I wasn’t complaining about it.
