      Waited over an hour to open an account and ended up leaving without an account. Poorly managed. Only one person working who was taking her sweet time between customers. Disappeared to the back for 20+ minutes between customers.

      Doesn’t make any sense that because of YOUR lack of security that allows crackheads/homeless people etc to live in the atm section of the bank that us people, that actually have money, and there are limited Places we can take money out have to suffer…. Closed from 4:00pm-9:00 am everyday? What about the working people? For example I have no cash and it’s Friday 4:15pm…. You tryna tell me I can’t access MY MONEY until MONDAY?! Because your also closed on weekends?!? GET IT TOGETHER

      It does not matter how much you call you rarely if ever get a call back. I have been trying to close an account that was my mothers who passed, went in person managed to close one. The second one I was supposed to hear back no one has called. The service sucks.

      The bank is clean and good looking but if you want to make a deposit be ready to be in line for a long, long time. Even with people available they take for ever to process deposits which seems an eternity when you are waiting for your turn. I bank with other banks and is not like this.

      This is probably one of the worst banks I have EVER encountered. Regardless of the day or time I visit, I invest anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes, if not more, waiting for a teller to assist me. It is NOT only in the Fordham branch. The Dyckman branch is horrible as well. The ONLY branch where I can honestly state there is about a 5-10 minute waiting period is the branch in Midtown, most likely because NO ONE in Midtown uses this bank. While I completely understand the demographics and the population this bank mostly serves (the elderly), I also know that utilizing the staff already present in a more efficient manner can help alleviate this problem. Usually, there are 1 or 2 tellers when there should be AT LEAST 4. I have begged and pleaded with my mom to switch banks, but she refuses. This is atrocious!

      I would have to admit today was the worst banking experience I have ever had. Thanks to El Banco Popular. Over a hour on line to make a deposit, not to mention the lack customer service. Only two tellers available and over thirty customers on line. Where was the branch manager? Did I mention that 90% of the customers on line were senior citizens. Where was the line for them?? I wonder if the same kind of customer service displayed at this branch, would had been display if this branch had been on 50th Street and 5th Avenue NYC. I doubt it... A total disgrace!!

      Horrible place to do business. This bank is understaffed and the wait to get inside the bank is ridiculous. Take your business elsewhere. The outside is filthy, garbage on the floor and the windows are filthy.

      I like the place the people treat you like famaliy but they should open today cause you have people like me that don't have atm card so I been without money since yesterday I will have to wait until Wednesday that is not right please consider us people without a atm card
