  Horrible service. Long line, unefficient tellers. 2 tellers during pick time with a line of 30 people. Hate to visit this location when I have no other choice.

  There are only 2 tellers even when the line is out the door. Management is rude and unprofessional. They don't have a business line at all.

  I gave them one star because there are no numbers or I would have given them a zero stay away from ATM machine on Fordham and concourse was taken for all my money stuck my card in deposited my money guy behind me stuck a dummy card looked at my account had a code where he was able to take all my money the bank gave me money back but I'll never feel safe again going to change my bank.

  Poor service , 2 hours to get to a deposit or a certified check !! , 5 employees running in the hallway 2 teller very poor for a business or personal bank .

  this is the worst bank succinct a row of more than 30 people, air conditioning off and to complete only two peoples working in the box area at 4:28 pm, tremendous service congrats.

  Make sure that when you deposit checks from the taxes that you bring your ID even though is another person's account cuz if not they don't give you your money.

  Worse experience I have ever had in a branch, long story short, I was there 3 times, and the 3 times my problem wasn't resolved. I went there to waste my time.

  Nobody answers the phone. You aren't able to make appointments. Service is bad.

  Worst service ever, have to wait a long time for a simple letter. Two ladies that came in after me got seeing first because they start arguing

  Terrible! There is no reason that each and every time I visit this branch it takes an HOUR to see the teller. Get more staff here asap
