  Larry is a caring and knowledgeable mortgage representative. I am a real estate agent in the Naples, Florida area. I needed to refinance my home. I had a ARM account at over 3.5 % and with the low rates available, it was time to get a refinanced 30 year note. Larry was my man, and with lots of hard work on his behalf, we not only made a successful refinance, it was under 3% and that saves us quite a bit. The payoff time to break even wasn't bad, so now 6 months later, it certainly was a pleasure working with Larry Utterback on our refinance. Quality, Knowledge and his Concern to help made all of the time and effort to put this together and a happy ending and a new lower cost mortgage.
