  Edgardo SAVED my deal!!! My buyer had spoken with another lender who promised my buyer he could get him a super low interest rate on the terms he wanted ONLY to tell him AFTER we were under contract, OH yea that's not possible, Edgardo stepped in to SAVE THE DEAL! He closed the loan in SUCH a short time in order for us to close on time, walking the buyer through the entire process. The buyer told me he was SOO happy he switched to Edgardo. His team is always easy to work with - even my attorney's office wrote back saying "oh good we love working with Edgardo". I have been recommending Edgardo for YEARS but he really really saved me and my buyer and I couldn't be more grateful. CALL HIM! He is local, has a lot of experience, will be honest and help you figure out what makes the most sense for what you want to spend. You won't be disappointed!

  Edgardo and the whole team were efficient and so helpful in the loan process. I had many questions along the way that were answered either through text or email promptly.
