  I cannot thank Gretchen and Natalie enough. This was a great experience. For me, communication was huge and Gretchen and Natalie were in constant communication with me almost daily throughout this entire journey. This process was easy and painless.   Excellent, professional service. Pleasant people who obviously care about the quality of their work. Every step was executed as fast as possible without error. When the title company mailed a loan payoff payment directly to me instead of the lender, Gretchen and Natalie were immediately on it helping to get the mix-up straightened out as fast as possible. I highly recommend them, top notch service.

  This will be our second time working with Gretchen Shelton on a home loan. There is a reason we are coming back for a second time. She is very professional, knowledgeable, thinks outside the box to get the job done, and is also very kind and understanding. When I say she goes above and beyond, that is an understatement. She once worked on a weekend to help us accomplish something that had to be done that day, even though she had other important plans for herself. Gretchen is very selfless, but really good at what she does and searches for the best loan to suit our needs, each time. She is always very available to communicate and I highly recommend working with her!
