  I normally do not write reviews, but I felt compelled to after my experience with Nate Tasso and Core Mortgage Financial. Nate and his team not only made the process painless, but he was also able to get all my escrow money returned at closing. I know my credit is not the best and I did not think I would qualify for a mortgage. However Nate made it work and he was able to secure a loan and make my wife a very happy person. I have already recommended Nate to two other friends that are veterans, but I urge everyone to at least give him a call and see where you stand.

  Nate was our go to guy when purchasing a home with my fiancé. We are first time home buyers and we didnt know what we were doing. He was extremely helpful and responsive when we had questions or concerns. I highly recommend him!!! He’s professional and knows how to get things done. Buying a house is stressful as it is but Nate helped get things completed when needed to make the process faster. Definitely use him if you are buying a home!

  We recently worked with Nate on a mortgage refinance. He’s professionalism, yet personal demeanor, made the entire process easy and quick. He’s responsive to all calls and emails, and communicates throughly. His positivity and obvious mastery of the process made us feel confident to work with him.   First things first, Nate Tasso is amazing. Nate is the kind of guy you NEED on your side. He will go to bat for you on every level, ensuring you get the most out of the buying experience. My father was looking for a home, and we reached out to several lenders. no one handled our questions with professionalism, respect and honesty. We were discouraged, until a quick google search led us to Nate and Core Mortgage. I knew once we read the reviews, this was our guy. Nate was able to help with a tricky VA loan situation with ease. He coached us any time we needed clarification. He was able to take advantage of every penny of the sellers generosity of including closing costs, including taxes through the end of the year, appraisal.. the whole package! I cannot reccommend Nate enough.
