  This credit union is very inconvenient. Why do you close at 5:00pm when you should stay open until 6:00pm Monday through Friday, and I can't deposit my money in your ATM because it is not available. Then have to use my gas to go to the next location just to deposit funds. Just use a regular bank because Langley and all the other credit unions just want to make money off your money and control how you get and use your mo ney. Just by a safe and keep your money in your own safe at home.

  I have had Langley for years and then someone got hold of my card information and its been like pulling teeth trying to get my money from the credit card fraud. As s soon as everything is cleared up I am leaving Langley and never coming back.

  Worste phone system ever ! The System doesn’t connect with live representative and you can’t use it to get any information either because it tries to route you to a person! Horrible. I’ve been trying to ask a question for 30 minutes and can’t get an answer.

  No matter how hard I try, I am unable to log on. I got the Pin # but it does no good. You don't recognize my password either. I am beyond frustrated with your automated voice service. It is like being in hell. I am through being bounced around and unable to talk to a representative.

  Worked with a few people who had Langley for their banking. Decided to pick them as my bank as well. Jason helped get me set up with everything and I couldn’t be happier with the service I was provided! Thank you all!

  The lady ( Dianna) who helped me set up my account was so wonderful and welcoming but the short asian lady is kinda rude. She barely lets you finish talking before she cuts you off, like she can't be bothered to hear the rest of your sentence.

  Why can't I get a live person on the phone anymore? Your phone system is absolutely ridiculous!

  I've been a member 1984. I have never been disappointed in my dealings with staff. Locations are usually easy to get to.

  I've been banking here for about a year and everyone at this branch is so helpful and sweet. I've never had a bad experience.
