  Chaytor was absolutely phenomenal in the handling of our mortgage loan. Purchasing a home can be overwhelming at best, but Chaytor always made himself available to us if we had any concerns or questions, and we received EXCEPTIONAL care throughout every step of the home buying process.   I found C&F Mortgage through my realtor Marco Rivas @ The Bryant Group Real Estate Professionals. He lead me to the best broker for my funding needs Shaun Kistler. If I could leave a million stars I would. Shaun is a man of his word. He processed my application in what seemed to be minutes, he found me the absolute best financial products for my lending needs and along with his professionalism, offered so much more. He is very kind and helpful, available to answer any and all questions and is not motivated by money. He is driven to help you win in your buying needs and working with him will be one of the best decisions you can make. I will certainly be working with him on my portfolio to come in the future and for sure will send all of my friends and family his way.   Working with Chaytor and Alecia was a great experience. They were supportive, very knowledgeable, kept our Information organized, and were always available for any questions we had. Chaytor and Alecia are very welcoming, down-to- earth, and just really awesome to work with. Chaytor always kept us abreast to the next steps and there were never any hidden surprises.   My experience with C&F Mortgage Corp was OUTSTANDING! I worked with Kevin West who is the Sr. Mortgage Loan Officer. Kevin is an expert and a professional. He knows his craft well and goes to great lengths to ensure you understand the entire process of acquiring a loan. Kevin was always quick to communicate back with me and if he didn't have the answer to a question I asked at that moment, he checked his resources and got back to be expeditiously.   Chaytor is an absolute pleasure to work with. My family was moving from out of town and Chaytor was incredibly helpful during the process, whether it was recommending schools, restaurants or hidden vacation spots.
