  Although routine maintenance, my service was excellent as usual. Their personal service helped keep my 21-year-old truck running great. They know me by name and they know what my vehicles need.   Took my vehicle to get an oil change. Staff was VERY professional and friendly. They are taking all precautions for COVID-19, mask wearing and physical distancing markers. Helped me feel safe while taking care of my car.

  Gilbert was extremely helpful in making sure my car was 100% safe and ready to go! He was very informative and made sure that I understood everything that was going on with my car/how they would fix it. Definitely the most professional and friendly staff around, thanks again Gilbert!

  Went into lambs to get new tires as I have been to other sites I thought I was going to have a good experience and trusted service boy was I in for a rude awakening. First I was told that the tires I wanted were not in stalk, then attempts to sell me some all weather tires that were double the price, after I declined and I asked to order the tires....they were magically available. This was the first bad sign but I continued with the service, I get a call later saying the alignment is out and I would fail my state inspection so I agreed to get the alignment done actually felt forced to even tho my normal mechanic didn’t mention any issues with the alignment, again very suspicious since I could only fail the inspection if the alignment is severely out of line and it definitely was not. After they competed the work 3 minutes before they were going to close they called asking for my credit card information to close out the ticket since I couldn’t pick up the car same day, not even allowing me to review the invoice, again shady business practices. When I went to go pick up the car today i brought in a 50% off coupon for 4 tires installed and an alignment done. The manager attempted to only knock off $50 which the wheel installation is 79.99 and the alignment is $150. He then magically reprice the alignment to $99 but still didn’t take the $50 off the alignment. One of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with a business and I would definitely not recommend going here.

  Dear Chris s, im sorry that your experience was not anything less then a 5 star. At times we may not have tires in stock for your vehicle and we will have to run down to are local warehouse to pick up. We are sorry if that was not communicated properly with you. Did you happen to get the tires that you wanted initially? At times some customers would like to pick up their vehicle after hours. It is more convenient for them. We would never ask someone to pay over the phone if they did not feel comfortable doing so. There might has been some miscommunication about the alignment and we apologize about that. After getting 2 or 4 tires installed we perform a free alignment check. If the alignment is out of factory specifications we will advise you about that. At that time you can declined or approve the work. Our wheel alignment programs start at 99.99 for a 6 mouth guarantee, a 3 year warranty for 159.99 and a 5 year warranty for 189.99. It looks like on your invoice, you paid 99.99 and got a $50 discount on the alignment. We apologize if that was not the offered promotion. If there is anything that we can do to better our services at lambs, please let us know. Thank you and have a great day.

  This location is absolutely amazing! Extremely good customer service, knowledgeable, personable, quick, efficient, and never tried to up sell me etc. very honest as well! I will def continue to come here for services!

  Personally staff, attentive and kind... But I went in for a scheduled oil change and it took 1.5 hours, when usually it takes 30-45 minutes. Great service, poor timing.

  Went in for an oil change and an inspection on my suburban. John the service consultant found some issues with brakes, gave me recommendations and printed out how much it will cost. Great service and facility and I will be back to get my brakes done.
