  Set up an auto loan here in 2018 and am back again. Great service and the best rates. Kelly went above and beyond to help when the dealership was dragging their feet with paperwork. I would recommend everybody check out Texell. Will be setting up a kids checking account here too!

  Steven Rodriguez, Kelly Hill, Sam Camacho has repeatedly proven par excellence the pinnacle of customer service and professionalism. Texell is lucky to have such personnel, they are the only reason why I’ll be a life long member and spread the word of good business! They all deserve a raise.

  When I first arrived at texell, Rochelle was extremely warm and welcoming, as well as informative. She gave me the information I needed to understand if the loan I was after was feasible. I hope texell realizes the potential she has. Steven Rodriguez went above and beyond to help me finalize this RV loan. He was very quick to act when hurdles arose and kept me informed at all times. He has a great personality and it showed throughout the process. I will definitely be consulting with Steven in regards to moving my accounts to Texell. Wes was also great to work with in regards to informing me of the insurance coverage opportunities texell was willing to offer me. I will be consulting with him as well. And last but not least, Sam Camacho was also very friendly and professional with his follow up calls to me regarding further services texell could offer my wife and I. Looking forward to continuing business with Texell!

  Kelly will lie....There's no mistake about it...tell you the underwriter wants a document and when you produce it then there's another document....Produce that one and the lie will continue.....Almost as if they don't expect you to have it....I would love to see the stats on the approvals for non white application approvals from this institution....I have no doubt what the results would be....... update from owners response...Regional directors voice mail advising his absence dated January 24th....If he won't update his voicemail, I can't for see him taking care of his members and addressing issues... A spade is a spade!

  Not impressed with them. Applied for a loan, all appeard good, then nothing. Ghosted. Didn't have the decency to acknowledge me. Just ghosted.

  I think customer doesn’t get appropriate decision from lending departments because I often experienced that myself. Even though paying off all my credit cards and loans on time it doesn’t approve for anything and only hurt my credit score. In the same time other bank easily approved me for loan and credit card too. That’s why I think it’s not worthy to do transaction with this bank. Have a nice day…

  First let me apologize to Texell CU. Some how I inadvertently, and unknown to me, until I just got on Google to rate another company, saw where I gave them a three star rating about a year ago. Again, I have no idea how this happened because my wife and I love Texell. At the passing of my father, they made the changing of accounts easy and they are always happy to help when ever I give them a call. The only complaint I have ever had was the length of time in line, whether inside or at the drive thru, one sometimes has to wait a little longer than I think one should. Sometime it seems as there isn’t enough teller help. But that is it and maybe I just need to learn to slow down a little! Honestly, with the other great service they give it makes the wait ok. Again, Texell I apologize for the 3 star rating when I only get 5 star service from you! I am proud to be a member.
