      This location seems to do what they want, when they want. It's interesting that most other banks have limited lobby hours but the drive thru is open. BOA does the opposite. Usually the drive thru is closed, one teller working inside, and the line is to the door. The staff does not appear concerned. Appointments are cancelled at the last minute. Not sure if it is BOA or this location. Regardless, we have moved our business accounts elsewhere.

      The ATM has been out of order for a week. Today, the drive-thru ATM just “spit” out the money so they went flying everywhere. When I pointed it out to the bank, they couldn’t care less. They only ever have one teller working so the line is always a mile long. I get that most bank errands are done online nowadays but there’s still some things that needs to be done in person and it would be nice with at least a little service from my bank.

      No drive thru open at 11:40 AM when I showed up. Understaffed. Seems they gone woke. always seems they can't keep the good ones, 1 teller wrapped in a face mask behind plexiglass, very rude. Seems like Bank of America has gone fully woke, time for a credit union, sad I been going here over 12 years. They should change their name nothing seems American about this place anymore

      This is a terrible bank and the worst customer service I've ever seen. I've been banking here for 21 years and I am currently looking for a new bank. They usually only have one teller with a long line in the lobby and their drive through is rarely open. One day you go it's open the next day you go is closed. It's a huge inconvenience for the elderly, handicapped or folks that have children in the car, but they really could care less. They claim they can't find any employees, but it's amazing that other bank drive thrus are always open. I guess they need to offer more money so they can get employees in their banks working again. Take your money elsewhere so you have some kind of customer service.

      Today I put my card in the ATM in front of the bank and the screen went black. I went inside to deposit my money and let the teller know. She said that it's serviced by another company and I won't get my card back. So now I have to request a new card and change all my auto drafts. This happened to me 6 months ago at the drive thru atm and I went through the same thing. I will not be back to this bank again after today.

      Very pleasant experience for everything. Promptly was registered to close my account. Told a waiting time that was reasonable and then was seen quicker. The teller that saw me was very nice and efficient. All the staff (I dealt with 3 women) were great. This is a great location.

      Every time I have to deal with Bank of America it's a terrible hassle. However today I had to deposit a check at this branch and it was absolutely zero organization when it comes to their drive-thru. There were people four spots in line behind me who got serviced faster in the Drive-Thru simply because I chose the wrong lane. They clearly have no sense of first in first out in from the other reviews they obviously have no concern about customer service whatsoever. Unfortunately for me I was doing banking for one of my employees and I don't have a choice of whether or not I could use Bank of America to another bank because that's the bank he had. If anybody ever actually have an option do not choose Bank of America.

      Terrible service if you want to see a cashier. One overworked cashier, 3 people in offices, 1 random "receptionist"? A line of upset customers out the door, this isn't right. With the other nearest lobby closed down this is unacceptable.

      Poor management. One teller dealing with one patient for over 20 minutes while the line gets longer. She did not consider possibly keeping the line moving with quicker transactions while the long transaction waits.
