  We had been trying for ages to get any loan to establish credit and they gave us a go based on other positive histories. So thankful we found them. Justin and Tiffany are so great, they go out of their way to give you a great experience, and we love dealing with them. We'll never get a loan with anyone else.

  Super friendly and helpful people! I was getting screwed over on a truck I bought from dales auto and these guys had my back the entire time. Just when I thought it was a lost cause They helped me find the right person to force dales auto to buy the truck back from me. If it wasn’t for the staff at nexus I would’ve gotten massively screwed over by dales auto.thanks Janine, Cassie and Justin! Highly recommend and will go to these guys again in the future. So don’t ever buy a vehicle from dales auto on 4th street! Oh yea if you find yourself in the nexus office, only pick the butterfinger chocolates .. lol 😉

  I love this loan company. Easy to work with and the girls are absolutely amazing. This is my 5th, and they always do what they can to help me out when im in need.

  Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quick and easy loan process. They're also willing to work with you if you have bad credit. Would definitely recommend!

  Amy was an absolute pleasure to deal with, my loan was quickly made, and they looked at every one of the details provided to make an accurate assumption of how much I could afford. I am paying my loan off early today and thanks to them, the credit bump allowed me to buy a house. I couldn't have been happier with them. Nexus is where I plan to go for all future small loans.

  I will not recommend this business to anyone. I tried to get a RV loan from them to be able to travel and visit family and friends. They declined me because they don't want you to go more than 2 hours from the Spokane area. This business is supposed to be here to help you not berate you.

  Shane, we have our lending radius and unfortunately not everyone qualifies for a loan. In regards to your statement we only require that you live in a 2 hour radius from our location in Post Falls. If an RV loan is made and you live in a 2 hour radius you are more than welcome to take the RV where you please withn the United States. Now, if you intend to utilize this RV as your residence then we will not make a loan for these purposes and only for recreational use. I hope this explains our lending policy in regards to RV loans. If you have any questions feel free to call us. We strive to help everyone but it is not possible in some circumstances. Giving us a 1 star review due to our lending policy is not a fair review.
