  June was an absolute blessing throughout the home buying process for my husband and I! As first time home buyers, especially in this market, the whole thing was a bit overwhelming at first. June did so great in explaining everything to us and made sure we understood all that was going on. I dont know where we would have been without all her help!

  I have already bought and sold a house with Lakefront Investment Group and can highly recommend them. As we don't live in the USA everything was handled through David and no effort was too much. He is very professional and trustworthy. If I buy or sell in the USA it will be with him.

  We had the pleasure of working with June these past few months and I never regretted a moment . The housing market right now is crazy. A home could be on the market for an hour and already have multiple offers then sell the following day. After losing out on several houses we decided to change agents to June who got us our new home on the first offer we submitted through her. To save your self on gas and months of wasted hours touring homes you fall in love with to then be disappointed because the seller took another offer call June ASAP!!!!

  David was very professional and attentive during our dream home search. He was excellent at communication and was always responsive. He listened to everything we were looking for in a home and took feedback of what we liked and what didn’t work for us during our search process so that we didn’t waste time looking at homes that he knew weren’t going to be a match for us. He took into account all of our specific requirements such as location, property size, HOA restrictions so that we could make improvements that we knew we wanted to do to make it our own and more. Yes, we were that type of client…but David never flinched. He took the feedback of our tours and tweaked the homes he presented to us making each showing time well spent. Homes were turning over so quickly during our search but David was well prepared to submit our offer right there on the spot. Once we found our perfect home, David was there every step of the way until we closed and beyond. He has reached out to us several times post-closing to check in, extend any help or recommendations we may need (including the great company we are using for our pool that is currently being installed), he has taken the time to stop by to see how we took an empty house and made it into “our home” and has included us in his client appreciation efforts. His territory is wide so do not hesitate to contact him. I would highly recommend using David for your next home search or sale. We cannot thank David enough for finding us our dream home!

  Being able to sell my home with the Lakefront team was a lifesaver. I took the quest to try to sell on my own and after several weeks of getting no where I enlisted David to help. It wasn't long before we had a few offers and accepting one that was above asking price. I would encourage anyone looking to sell their home quickly an efficiently to get David to help.

  Apparently for to long in this area David has gone about doing things his way which is very slow and unprofessionally to the point where he was running off other agents in town making offers on our home we came to find out later. His response time is poor and he is not at all thorough. Thinking back on it and how he approached us to gain our home to sell now seems borderline unethical in his business practices. We changed to another broker and what a difference. I am not sure how there are so many positive reviews here but there are similar not favorable ones in here too that have had similar problems.
