Alicia Davis5Came into the bank to get a new ATM card, had no appointment to see the banker but I asked to be a walk in. Let me tell you I had the most refreshing experience with this banker Marco Z. He was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and VERY informative. His patience was remarkable. I left not only a new card but a way to save 2% on my existing card. Wells Fargo should be bless to have a young man like him. I will recommend this location anyone. They are very helpful, and friendly.

John Cordes sr1I waited in line forever I had two checks to cash I am not account holder there so they wanted to charge me $7 for each check which is ridiculous no wonder I do not Bank at Wells Fargo

Meredith Meeks1The drive-thru has not been available for quite some time. There is a drive-thru ATM available, however you cannot make deposits in it. There is a walk-up ATM machine that also does not accept deposits. Walk inside and only 2 tellers are serving customers with a long line in the lobby. Please make the ATMs full service and get the drive-thru up and running again!

babylobe921Very horrible experience. I didn’t even get taken care of. Waited for 25 minutes to find that the lady didn’t even bring her notary book with her and the manager who knew I waited this long and need just one paper notarized decided to count drawers instead of help a customer. What kind of customer service does this branch provide and what kind of employees are staffed? They want me to come back after waiting for so long. Never stepping foot in this Wells Fargo again. Don’t waste your time coming to his bank location. They’re all SOO slow and you’ll end up wasting a lot of time.

Chelsea Morgan1I work for a company that uses this bank, we have to come here for change orders or to make deposits and everytime I come i am warmly welcomed with attitude by almost every teller. Honestly if I didn't have to come for work, I would never set foot in this place.

TRAVIS MCCLOE1If they had the choice for 0 stars I would put some negative stars on here. The worst experience in my life. I am a father of 3 with bills to pay and kids to feed. I am a truck driver who travels state to state feeding America. And i.have to call every pay day and get stressed out after going thru about at least a 45 minute up to a three hour discussion about my money, and today I my card is not useable because it was reported lost and I never made this claim and now again I go hungry as well as my kids thanks WELLS FARGO GOOD WAY TO KEEP MY MY MY HARD EARNED MONEY

Aaron Shaw1Terrible service. This would have been the second time i cashed a check from Citrus legal lending. My problem started when the bank teller asked me what my check was for and why i am cashing my check in which i feel is none of their business as long as the check clears in which i called Citrus legal lending and they stated that i have no problems on their end it just seems the bank all of a sudden does not want to cash a second check from them. Cant say its the way i look cause i have had on the same outfit as before.
