GJEE WADE II5I was trying to be make a quick run to the Atm. Unfortunately, the Atm was hungry and ate my card.... Not good. I went inside and Eli greeted me with a smile and got me in touch with Mrs. Sharon and she assisted me. Mrs. Sharon was able to retrieve my card. (That was a blessing) I did not have to wait for a replacement card, due to the the problem solving skills of the BOA team. I was able to complete my transaction with Veronica and she provided me with great customer service!

Leann Valle1Standing in line literally 15 folks deep waiting for the bank to open and watching the employees walking in late. As an institution, if you are going to close all your locations expect lots of people lined up and perhaps have employees show up on time to at least expedite the services you do provide. A trip to the bank should not take a full PTO day. Also lets stop blaming Covid, in no way is closing down locations and hearding 30 people in tight spaces for OUR safety its clearly for your profit BOA. You are not fooling anyone.

Tony Snell1First of having a 1.9 review should tell them something but at any rate I've made two attempts to open an account with them and both times they wanted to schedule an appointment two plus weeks out! They have several branches but they refuse to open them and in fact have had them closed for several months now. The audacity of them to think I'd actually wait two weeks to open an account...

Divyesh Masani1Bank of America is the worst bank ever i have dealt with over 40 years of banking experience. Not enough staff, over 10 counters but only one teller work. Branch Manager doesn't have any manners for customers. People wait in line for 45 minutes to an hour just to get to teller. They don't care about other people also work and they have to get to work. If everything need to be done online why do they have big branches might as well close them and save money.

Gabby Harris1I don't have a personal account (and never will), but my company forced me to deal with BOA by switching from a different bank right before covid. We have to go inside to make deposits and get change, and we already had to wait in longer lines than when we did with the previous bank, but then covid hit and all but 2 BOAs closed down in our county and have not reopened. We'd have to wait an hour sometimes, just to get change because most of the other locations are closed. Now, this location has closed a few times, even blocking off their night drop box so we can't make deposits. They are currently closed until 11/23. Where are we supposed to make deposits for the business? We can't do that online, like your sign tells us to.

Who runs a bank with One banking associate?! They are definitely NOT catering to the needs of their customers. And we can't blame it in Covid pandemic, if anything it should enhance your staffing service! Makes me wonder why I left my credit union 🤔

lalola Oficial1Bad customer Service just went to ipen a new account. Security guard said I would have to wait 3 to 4 hours in a list to be attended either Monday or Tuesday. The worse service. Then he told me to go to a different bank, well you got that right am going to a different bank not putting my money in a bank I cant rely on with a bad customer service. So sad this is my business bank and in NY the service is phenomenal having a second thought in changing my business bank account also .... In another hand there was a black male waiting before me and he decided to assist me first and he came out with an attitude towards him. I would off gave it a zero ⭐ google should have a negative stars ...

It’s always a pleasure going to this branch. 2 other locations nearby closed down so I’m sure the staff here has been under immense pressure especially considering the current pandemic. They always greet you with a smile regardless of how their day has been going. Sometimes we just don’t give enough credit and respect to the workers who interact with the public on a daily basis. It constantly takes an infinite amount of patience and dedication to provide the highest level of care to the customers. We appreciate you!

The Boat Flipper1They’ve closed the drive through and WILL NOT ANSWER a phone. They force you to come inside. This is not banking. Bank of America needs to clean house and redo everything in this bank. HORRIBlE. The smiling faces are great when you walk in but that only goes so far. Most times I don’t want to go in and some times I need to talk to someone. But nope can’t get that out of this location

The lady teller and the "manager" refuse to take a deposit to my account, seying that they do not speake and or eead spanish and that they they do not understand what was writing on the check send from one of my clients I have contact my client and he is thinking about closing his account and I am thinking the same. To me after all this years this is a discrimination matter. Please I need somebody from your administration office to contact me. You have all my information. To say is Thursday 7, 2020.
