  Help desk Jennifer supervisor keeping putting 5.00 into my account to keep it negative she do not need to be the supervisor or help desk no customer service no assistance kept my profile and dropping money into my account without me knowing MIDFLORIDA and ASHLEY who do collection NIKKI help desk supervisor all didn’t help me today attitude being loud and going back and fourth with me who do the collection need to be remove from the department y’all hired ppl that don’t even help or try to assist customers and they deleted my account I even spoke with CARLOS the supervisor no help at all I will be making my way to the branch Tuesday morning to get this resolve been with them for 6 years now never had this problem they do not need to be in no management position if they don’t have the customer service for it been calling all morning to get nothing resolve.I want to give the service 0 if I could just horrible

  Been with the bank for a couple of years now, the early deposit is nice but everything I go to the branch at 2075 8th st winter haven FL, the ATM is either down or not working. This is my 6th attempt to draw money out and again there some reason why I can't. Now I have to go out my way to make a withdrawal, OR go to another ATM and pay a fee....well I guess you guys get to make another 2 bucks off me cause I don't want to drive 20min out of my way to make a withdrawal.

  Love the bank but it's freaking IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of a REAL person at any of these banks on the phone. Literally impossible. Even the phone number I got from customer service leads me right back to customer service. There's no talking to agents or getting their info. HAVE to show up at their inconvenient hours.

  I’ve been with MidFlorida for roughly 5 years now & I have to say I love them! I seem to get Brandon Jenkins at the Winter Haven location every time I go in & he is always more than helpful! Also VERY quick so he always has me in & out.

  I've been with Midflorida for 5 years, but seem like they're losing their quality every year... Why does my Tax Cash Advance check take two weeks to process?! They act like it's 10 grand. The managers on Saturdays are nasty as well... will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau!

  I have banked with Midflorida for over 5 years and although they are not the best banking institution, I am still surprised by what happened to me this afternoon. I'm trying to settle a fee dispute and I had a CSR Maria tell me that I have something wrong in my brain after I stated that I am being treated a certain way due to the way I look (hair not neat and not dressed as neat as I could be). She assumed that I was speaking of my hue. Wow!!! When I asked her did she just say that, she lied repeatedly. She also kept cutting me off while I tried to speak. I could not answer her questions at all because she would not allow me to answer. After she realized she was in the wrong, she tried to back track. I explained what happened to the manager Don and he was not helpful or empathetic at all. His words: "I don't know what you want me to say". He was laughing almost the entire time. Word of advice, go to another branch or put your money with a different bank.
