  Lake city Mortgage, If I could give a 10 star review, this is the place that earned it. Honesty, integrity, simplicity and straight forward interaction. Peter kept us not only informed during the entire process, he helped us understand and he educated us as well. I felt as if I was working with someone that I had know my whole life, pure trust. I look forward to my kids getting a chance to work with Peter and Lake City as well. Highly recommend Lake city for any mortgage needs.

  I wasn’t sure if I could get financing so I searched for Spokane Mortgage Broker and found Lake City Mortgage. Not only did they answer the phone the first time I called they were able to get me the best rate around. They are able to get you the financing that works best for you by having access to a multitude of banks/lenders, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA, with a loan processing team that won’t quit. I have done 2 loans with them and will look to them in the future. Very informative and patient will explain everything to you, I have learned a lot from this amazing team. If you have read this far and are still looking for financing you had better just call these fine folks and get the ball rolling!!!
