  From the very beginning we could see and feel we were going to be well cared for. We were first time home buyers and had very little knowledge of the process and all that it takes to reach the end goal. We worked with Tammie Puga and she walked us through every detail and answered any questions we had, not once making us feel like we should know more then we did. She educated us on every step and was patient while we made decisions.   New to the area, and my girlfriend and I were buying our first home together (2nd purchase for the both of us). We were referred to Tammie at APM by a friend from the area. It was the smoothest transaction experience with a lender we have ever had! Tammie was very communicative, easy to reach, very friendly, and went out of her way to answer any and all questions we had during the home buying process. She removed the stress from the entire process, and provided clear explanations of everything. She went above and beyond in assisting us by creating multiple loan estimates to help us narrow down our final budget and give us an idea of our mortgage/out of pocket closing costs, as well!   We recently went through American Pacific Mortgage Corporation to purchase a new home. Joel Botker is FANTASTIC to work with. He is a great communicator, keeping us in the loop every step of the way. We had some hiccups (we had three houses in the works to make our deal go through) with one of the closings, but Joel was on top of it and made sure everything ran smoothly.
