  I HIGHLY recommend Jack Forsythe at Stearns Home Loans. He did so much extra work for me that others probably would have told me to take a hike. He has a great many legitimate connections to get you through all the hurdles, with great effectiveness. I thought I would never be able to buy a house. Not only did Jack prove me wrong about that, he also was able to, through his connections, get my credit score UP OVER 100 POINTS from where it was than when I first went to him.   I could not possible recommend a better company. We worked closely with Sales Mananger, Jack Forsythe and it will be an experience to never forget. Jack is a great guy, not only is he an encyclopedia of home loan knowledge, he goes the extra mile to make sure things get done. I couldn't imagine going through this process with anyone else. Not only did he go above and beyond to answer our questions, he always made sure we understood everything going on. A hiccup or two is nothing in the home loan process, as long as you choose Stearns Lending! I'd highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy or refinance, because when you're working with people who love what they do (and you can tell Jack does) you're getting the best service.
