  I had a bad experience with a home purchase, the water leak and mold above family bathroom, coolant pipe leak due to roofing nail and a huge expense to fix these issues. The inspection company was suggested by the agent Michelle Torres failed to find these issues and I have to now file a complaint since the companies wont cover any of these charges.

  Good afternoon, Ratin I'm sorry you are having issues with the new home. We suggest inspectors but it's really the inspector here not the agent that failed. I'm the broker I would love to talk with you on ways to have these issues fixed and possibly covered by the inspectors Insurance.   I'm sure there's some lovely folks here but I advise against using Tina Glendenning. Extremely unprofessional and had made public comments saying someone who died in a wreck didn't matter as they where not her customer but the horse involved in the wreck did. As well as leaving vauge threats and "final warnings" and telling others who have responded to her awful behavior to "take meds". Avoid her I wouldn't trust anyone who lacks empathy for human life to find me a home.
