Sky L5Braulio Martinez made our experience here so welcoming and awesome! I could not say anything better about him. He did not rush, he took his time. Spoke kindly and informative. Even though I was helping my father in law make an account (he speaks very little English) he made sure he was speaking to the both of us and helped us through every step, thank you Braulio!

Kim's Hallmark1for some time now the bank s have cut to one teller with ling lines and we take 5 deposits in at a time and get change orders so we have to see a teller , figure in all over half an hour in line and depending on other transactions another 15 to 20 minutes ,, on 1-3-20222 cashed checks for cash amounting to $9800. but when i got home checked next day and only 9500. a shortage of $300. in 100 dollar bills . I tryed to call but no one picked up phone so i could see if teller was over or short yesterday ,, ill keep trying since live an hour away.. Banks need to dip into top executives pockets and get more tellers to take care of dwindling number of customers been with baa since 1970s and not going to change but would like some one at band to get back with me

Karla Medina1This place is ridiculous. I sent my mom in to payoff my overdraft and help close the account with me in the phone for me to speak to an agent or something and me with COVID they refused to help and asked me to go inside and put everyone at risk just cause they wanted me to do it . I provided license, social , everything that was needed and they still refused to help .

Mrs. Little1The male bank employee that I dealt with today was awful. As well as the two male bank employees I spoke with after the first one. I had a family emergency and needed cash. In my rush I forgot to remove the $$ from the ATM but realized it quick but the $$ was no longer there. I asked the employee what happens if the money is left in the slot. He said I don't know...call the toll free number and kept walking. Then I asked the next two males the same question and got the same answer and they too turned around and kept walking. A complaint was filed.

Kelly Gray4I've always loved Bank of America but here lately I've been having problems logging in and then I locked my account and it took me almost a week just to get back into it customer service was not helpful at all I end up calling four different times finally on the fourth time I can't remember her name but she was very helpful nice and patient with me as well as understanding I love Bank of America despite it all and I will definitely refer anybody to bank there

Alex Stewart1Terrible experience, the bank impossible to get into and the service is terrible. I’ve been banking with BOFA in Tampa for a while and I’ve never had issues. All BOFA’s in Lakeland are horrible.

Dj Goleno1So disappointed with BOA. Been a member for years and have seen a Sharpe decline in it operating procedures. Look people if a bank is getting a 1.6 review rating there are critical issues that need resolved. I would encourage the manager who responds to these reviews to focus on resolving the issues rather than responding to harsh reviews with BS. We want a seemless banking experience, not excuses.

Austin M1They have the office closed. All you can do is use their ATMs. Makes it difficult to open up a new account when you can't walk in.

summer briggs1I went into Bank of America too cash a savings bond. The security guard at the door sat me down in the lobby with about five other people. The five other people received there turn and stood in the teller line. When I got up when it was my turn he told me to sit back down and let 4 people go ahead of me that just walked into the bank after I had been waiting an hour! He was rude to everyone he came in contact with! And he was giving false information to customers. The teller even told a customer not to listen to him because he knows nothing. Clearly no one solves the issues at this bank and I wish I had never opened an account here because I do not feel valued or respected when I visit this location. No wonder you guys have 1 Star.
