  Oh my goodness, where do I start?!?! The entire staff is so friendly, helpful and professional. FCCU is banking the way it used to be! Their rates are AMAZING! Kathy (branch manager in Lakeland) is a saint! She truly cares about me and the services they provide are outstanding. I tell everyone I know about Kathy and FCCU! Do yourself a huge favor and see for yourself!

  I have been with Florida Central Credit Union since before it existed! I absolutely love the customer service in Lakeland Florida, and Ileana is by far the best ! Always so welcoming and always so helpful! A+++++

  I have worked a lot with Kathy this past year. She assisted me in a loan and opening a new account after a rough divorce. She was with me every step of the way and made a difficult process smooth and easy.

  Best banking experience ever! Opened a new account. Was treated like a real person not a number. Had an issue with the website. Went in and they took care of it immediately. Love this bank.

  Florida central credit union is all around great bank to bank at they really real help me out alot when I need them and Brian germuth take the time to all help me with ever I need he is real awesome rate this a 5

  Florida Central Team is Wonderful. I have been banking with them ever since I moved to Lakeland ;) they are always available to answer any questions . Baking with FCU is like visiting your barber or hair stylist. They care and it shows. Auto loans are very competitive too I have financed 2 vehicles . Sincerely JT W
